David Siguenza is running to be one of our next New York State Supreme Court judges.
With over 15 years of legal experience, David has served on every side of the courtroom—holding individuals accountable as a prosecutor, defending people’s rights as a conflict defender, and applying the law fairly as a magistrate.
As a Latino immigrant, David understands what it feels like to be treated as an outsider and why it is essential for our courts to be welcoming and accessible to everyone.
His broad perspective has taught him that justice requires fairness and integrity. On the bench, David will ensure every person is heard and every case is treated with dignity, with the law applied equally to all.
