This form is to help us manage questions or requests during the Election Season. This includes Absentee Ballot, Early Voting, and Election Day on November 4th. This blog/form will review comments through November 25th, when we will respond to non-urgent questions.

First, all Absentee Ballot applications are due by Saturday, October 25th. You can apply at https://ballotapplication.elections.ny.gov/home/absentee

Second, for the 2025 General Election, early polling places in Ontario County, New York. They are located in Canandaigua, Geneva, and Victor. All registered voters in the county can vote at any of the three locations. This is allowed during the early voting period. Early voting takes place from Saturday, October 25, through Sunday, November 2, 2025. 

Early voting locations :

  • Canandaigua: Board of Elections Office, 74 Ontario Street.
  • Geneva: Geneva Housing Authority Main Office, 41 Lewis Street.
  • Victor: Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street. 

Early voting hours:

The hours vary by day during the early voting period: 

  • Saturday (Oct. 25): 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday (Oct. 26): 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Monday (Oct. 27): 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday (Oct. 28): 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday (Oct. 29): 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Thursday (Oct. 30): 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday (Oct. 31): 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
  • Saturday (Nov. 1): 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday (Nov. 2): 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

And, finally:

  • If you vote at an early polling site, you cannot vote again on Election Day.
  • If you prefer to vote on Election Day (Tuesday, November 4, 2025), you must go to your assigned polling site. In East Bloomfield for all districts, the official polling place is located at the American Legion Building in Veterans Park.
